Martin Fryzelka is the Chairman and Partner of FRYMCO, a Swiss based private investment company focused on manufacturing, industrial services, real estate, and selected consumer businesses.
He allocates long term capital into resilient, cash generating assets, with a particular emphasis on the hospitality, design, and built environment sectors
In addition to FRYMCO, Martin is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of NextSpace, a specialist outdoor FF&E firm serving leading hotel groups, developers, and high end residential clients across the Middle East, Africa, and Indian Ocean region. Through NextSpace he has been involved in the delivery of numerous landmark hospitality projects, from early concept and specification through procurement, installation, and post handover support.
Martin is also a long term investor in a number of privately held operating companies and design-led manufacturers. Alongside these operating interests, he owns and co-invests in real estate across several jurisdictions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His business holdings and personal investments place him in the upper eight figure US dollar asset bracket
